Hello, Children often tend to eat more as they get exhausted, its normal. You can just replace your child's food with healthy food. Avoid giving junk foods instead you can give homemade snacks. Try preparing different types of food at home as to avoid getting tempted with junk food. Try to make his food appealing with different colours & shapes as it will be healthy plus calorie count will not increase. Try to increase his physical activity. Instead of indoor activities encourage him to play outdoors. Medication at this tender age is not at all advisable.
