Overthinking and can't sleep properly
I have a habit of overthinking and anxiety and depression since childhood.  But for the last 3 years I am in anxiety and depression and I am taking my treatment which has reduced with time but still sometimes problem is in my stomach and insomnia which is a lot of gas and sleeplessness,  Currently taking Saraswatarishtha and Himalaya Mentat for 1 and 1.5 months respectively.  Saraswatarishtha is showing good effect and has also adopted homeopathy since 2 years but there is no benefit.  Before that, I also got treatment from a psychiatric doctor in allopathy.

Hi Talk to your doctor about medication. Since childhood you have been overthinking and you have been feeling anxious and depressed. To feel better consult a psychologist and talk about what is bothering you. To determine the root cause of anxiety, depression, and overthinking a psychologist would like to know about your childhood, relationship with family, and lifestyle. A psychologist would also like to know if there is a family history of anxiety and depression. Consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. It will help you feel better. Do take care.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Hi... The most effective treatment for Anxiety and Depression is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Sometimes it is clubbed with Antidepressant/Antianxiety meditations (allopathic) to help the individual get some immediate relief. But ultimately the treatment take place when the root cause of his/her issues are addressed in a therapeutic setting. The cause is mainly psychosocial and usually rooted in the childhood. Psychotherapy takes time but it addresses the issues from the root. I do not practice homeopathy so can't comment on it.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
