Is it possible for braces to increase someone's overbite by any way ? How braces work to align our bite when I have mismatched bite due to tmj problem?

It is possible to correct the overbite with braces treatment. Braces align your teeth to proper bite and , the corrected bite forces work to TMJ. An Orthodontist is the best person to explain this to you. Visit one.

Usually once bite is alligned the forces going uptill TmJ is balanced, and thats how bite correction helps in TM J issues. Braces moves tooth in desirable n balanced position.
