No. Donot give unnecessary altered products tp a 3yr old kid. Keep it natural, nothing is better than natural sources.
Weight gain and height gain takes time till the kid reaches 10yrs of age.

Give me good nutritious food rich in iron calcium and protein
Egg fruits plain milk atleast two big glass every day dry fruits fresh fruits, sweets made up of dry fruits
Please consult a Paediatrician in your area for a physical examination and further management.
You may have to consult with the Paediatrician on many occasions.
No need to give out side supplements.
Try to give home food .
Cuz the problem is that out side food is not perfect and as a child not everyone is okay with it..
