Over weight
My husband is 35 yrs old.His height is 5'10". Weight is 109kg. Quantity of taking food is quite normal.He takes rice twice..... At noon and night.He does exercise on tredmill daily. Sugar consumption is low. What to do. Pls suggest.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Hi your husband need to follow  low calorie healthy balanced plan. See limitation of calories is important but you should not that do so much less that body show undernutrition signs like loss of skin glow,poor sleep and low energy levels and so many other medical issue. You should make your husband lose in a very healthy way and according to his Lifestyle. I cannot help you here without knowing his time schedule, diet schedule and medical history.
