Over weight
I want to reduce weight trying by avoiding food but many has advised its not best way to reduce it. Need some good suggestion on it

Hi, you have got correct information. Avoiding food is not the best way to reduce weight. You are overweight by about 20kgs. Eat every 2 hours. Include fresh and seasonal fruits as snacks in your routine. Begin your main meals with a salad. Eat a protein based breakfast. Have 4 liters of fluids everyday. Include 3 cups of green tea daily to improve your metabolism. And exercise for 1 hour daily. Which should include cardio and own body weight exercises .
