According to your height your weight must be between 55 to 58, so you need to reduce around 15 kg of weight. I have a diet trick for you, add 1500 calories in a day equally in portion of 5 meals a day. i.e. 300 calories at one time. Have low carbohydrate protein rich diet. Make your plate colourful (include plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet). Eat ideally as well exercise moderately 20 minutes of walking and 1 hour of zumba in a day would work.
