Over weight
I'm a 16 year old teenager and my height is 162 cm and I'm 70kg. I want to loose at least 15 to 20 kg as it is very embarrassing. I feel very heavy and I want a toned and slim body. I completely want to cut off my belly fat.

Completely cut junk and processed food out of your diet . Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat less rice, potatoes and other carbs. Exercise regularly; at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
