Hi. You will need to evaluate for yourself whether this is a recent phenomenon triggered because of a specific event or have you felt like this for long ( more than 6 months) without any triggering event. Incase of the former, you can meet a counselor to discuss your problem. Incase of the latter, consider meeting a psychiatrist for a formal diagnosis.
