I am over emotional by nature, some time it hurts. I feel frustrated, crying and I don't know what but my mind is not calm. I feel something went wrong with me

Take a new hair cut. Bath whenever you feel low. Sleep a lot but wake up early in the morning and learn to love see the Sun. Deactivate your social media accounts. Start playing outdoor games. Start running, and meditation if you can concentrate. Start reading. Start yog, yog can change your life,trust me. Talk to yourself, will help you a lot. Start laughing, even for a small reason. Start writing your daily activity. Travel alone. Make a goal of your life and work hard to get it. Stay happy

You need to consult a Psychiatrist and get evaluated for mood disorder & also it might be a good idea to start counseling to help you overcome the emotional instability and negative thoughts.
