Ovarian Fibroid
My sister is having ovarian fibroid, measuring 70×45mm in size. She doesn't have any complications. Is it mandatory to remove it or can be left untreated ? Is it to be left untreated or require any treatment ? What is the best treatment/ procedure for this ? Please advice in details. Thanks.

It should be investigated properly and operated if necessary . Ovaries have cysts or dermoids not fibroids .
