Opinion on Uterine fibroid surgery
My mother has uterine fibroid with the tumor size of 8.0×7.5 cm in the right lateral wall. While the endometrial echo measures 10 mm. She experiences heavy bleeding. So is the surgery recommended at all or hysterectomy or just myomectomy will do? Please let us know as we are not able to arrive at any conclusion.
I have also attached the report of the ultrasound pelvis.
