My wife have fibroid size 8 CM which is currently, when she was in bregannt its around 12CM , after delivery (its surgery) in 3-4 months period its reduced to 8CM. Now she is suffering with heavy bleeding.
please advise which treatment is best. that too we are in Saudi Arabia.
