The only pathological reason for less flow during periods is hypothyroidism you can get your thyroid level checked or being on the higher side of the BMI If your thyroid levels are normal and your BMI is in the healthy range the less flow does  require any treatment In fact no medicines to increase the blood flow and that is reason why you have wasted a lot of money on treating something that cannot be treated Follicular cyst do not require any treatment
