My mother had abdominal pain and was found to have multiple cysts on the right ovary,her CA125 was 5.26 ,is there any chance of malignancy and what surgery is required

No chance because CA 125 is completely normal.For confirmation of diagnosis get done CT scan .If normal then no problem otherwise contact to gynaecologist.
