I want to ask that choclate cyst and endometriosis are same thing ??i have a choclate cyst of 2 mm in right ovary so is there anything problem in my pregnancy ?? Because my and my husband all test are normal only i have cyst so y i am not conceiving?? Because of cyst there is a problme in pregnancy???
