I am sorry you are in so much pain. Multiple bumps with itching, shrinking and thickened skin in the outer genital area usually points to one of these - a fungal infection of the groin with folliculitis, bacterial folliculitis or boils from shaving or hair removal, contact dermatitis from soaps, wipes or synthetic underwear, or lichen sclerosus, which typically causes itching with pale shrunken skin. Since pain is unbearable and skin is changing, this really needs a physical examination, please do not treat it blindly. Meanwhile, wash only with plain water, no soap, no Dettol, no wipes or douching. Wear loose cotton underwear, keep the area dry, stop shaving or waxing till it heals, and do not scratch or squeeze the bumps. Cold compresses and paracetamol will help the pain. Please see a gynaecologist or dermatologist soon - if there is fever, spreading redness, pus, or ulcers and blisters, get seen the same day. Do share a photo on a Practo consult or come to Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj if that is convenient, and we can start proper treatment.
