Osto calclium tablets

My mother is having a problem of osteoporosis as her gap between the joints is narrowing... She could not sit properly for prayers and have difficulty in bending the leg specially the right one... Doctors asked us to medicate her by an injection worth 3000 which we has to inject every year which would help in collecting calcium in the body ... Recently i heard about ostocalcium tablets, are they beneficial or they have other side effects...or anything else someone could suggest

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area

Visit nearby physiotherapist. Avoid cross leg sitting, sitting on low stool, squatting. Apply ice on affected area. Do take opinion from orthopaedician as well. Exposure to morning sunrays is important as it is a good source of vitamin D3. Proper exercise protocol and supplements should help her

Osteoporosis is a problem more common in females. However, it is a different entity from the diminished gap in joints, which is more likely an osteoarthritis, akin to wear and tear joints. Osteoporosis is weak bones or brittle bones, making them more prone to fracture. Calcium supplementation is important part of managing osteoporosis

You go near by physiotherapist and do first check VIT D, and bone calcium test. You give vit D sctch ones a week and take calcium 500 tab OD and suggested by the orthopedic doctor. Change life sytle, take properly rest, walking with sticks, and give milk, curled, panner, etc. Do exercises for strength muscles
