Osteopenia ?
I have been diagnosed with symptoms of reduced bone density with a T score of -2.3. I used to have very high bone density when it was measured few years ago and never felt any pain in the bones, before a viral fever 2 months ago. what can I do to fix this? and how long will it take? I've been consuming calcium supplements on doctor's advice for 2 weeks. Gender: male age : 24 height : 6'1 weight : 90Kg
