Body Pain due to low bone density
Dear Doctor, I have been experiencing pain in the back, arm, knee, thigh which is mostly due to low bone density. I do have a bad body posture and slouch while sitting and walking. While I underwent a dexa scan 3 years ago the doctor had mentioned an onset of osteopenia. Before the situation worsens is there any immediate medication that should help retain my bone health. I have never really been on any medication for bone till now.
