OSMF DIOGNISED BY DENTIST DUE TO TOBACCO CHEWING. SEVERAL ULCERS ON LIPS ROUND UPPISH DEPRESSION IN THE MIDDLE SEEN. LOT OF BURNING SENSATION EVEN JUST WARM THINGS ARE TAKEN. HOT VERY LITTLE ALSO NOT ABLE TO TAKE ULCERS ALL OVER SPREADING SPEEDILY. WHITE BANDS AND PATCHES ARE SEEN. SCATTERED WHITISH MID LITTLE RED. REMEFIAL TO CURE IS SOLICITED
