I m suffering from osmf grade 2 problem.i have quit tobacco completely. And does such problem is curable completely??. As i have consulted ENT specialist he told me thjs osmf grade 2 problem cant be cured completely. Please lighten me .

You haven't mentioned anything about your current mouth opening . It cannot be reversed 100% but mouth opening can be improved and further progression can be arrested . Consult An oral oncologist who can give you intra lesional injections of hcg/ steroids / topical Application of steroid gels / chewing steroid pellets etc . Taking a nutritious diet , improving oral hygiene can help . Lycopene and multivitamins can be taken .
