Oral white patches with lump in cheek.

Hello, I was chewing tobacco about 5 years now. I have quitted 2months back after having white patches in my cheek with small red spot (which seems hole when touch my tongue). I had done Scrape Cytology about a month back, report was normal and I am continuing lycopene and atoz vitamins. I observed a ball shape of lump (not too hard) inside my both cheek. A month back I was seeing one lump but now it's two. It's not painful. May I know what is this? Thanks.
