Oral leukoplakia white patches in mouth
Biopsy report hyperplastic squamous epithelium with no dysplasia and malignancy seen it means no cancer is it leukoplakia. I have stopped tobacco chewing and smoking. Will it regress.Can it turn into cancer.ihave White patches  on both cheeks.

Very rare chances less then 5%of white patch conversion to malignancy.regression is there if causative agent is stopped.

Yes. It has a small chance of conversion into cancer over years. It usually does not regress spontaneously. Consult an oncosurgeon.
