White red patches below cheek and gum
Hi I am 36 years old male , i feel rough surface under the cheek with tounge for few months now, no pain, I quit smoking 3 years ago , when i examined with torch I found red white patches in my mouth, I am worried this might be oral cancer. I am attaching images

Please consult a surgeon first and get it examined. It looks like leukoplakia/ erythroplakia (white/red patches in mouth) and usually occurs in people who chew tobacco or betel leaf
