Oral Problem Of Mouth Not Opening
I never ate tobacco only had sada pan masala and pan for few months. My mouth cheek muscles are not stectching as much and my mouth is not opening.. I do sterching excerises and reduce there consuption to almost 1/4

It seems you have developed a precancerous condition called submucous fibrosis;due to continuous irritation of mucosa by the carcinogenic substances present in your panmasala.its best to avoid its use and visit  dentist who will prescribe some medicaments and help maintain proper oral hygiene. REMEMBER PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN NO CURE.
