Having one small painless wart-like lesson on top of the hard pallet of my mouth from many years... Size remains almost the same from years.. is it wart or anything else ? Is it dangerous? Any treatment suggestions...

If it is an abscess, it can be due to tooth fracture due to trauma, deep caries,periodontitis..please get a clinical examination done.if it is an abscess,it has to be drained.please share clinical photographs.
