I am suffering from tinea cruris since last 2 months.i have tried cream like lulifin o2 derm betadine etc but not get any positive result.I am giving breasrfeed to my 2 months old child.Recently one dermotologist suggest me oral capsule of itaspor 100 twice daily for 1 month along with kz soap and antifungal cream.Please confirm is it ok take oral medicine during lactation.i am very scared for my 2 months old child.
