You can consult a physician to prescribe you a corticosteroid gel . It should be used under your doctor’s supervision. Sometimes steroid pills or immunosuppressants are used for treatment

Start taking sm fibro od and apply gel turbocort and stop taking hot and spicy food. Intake more of green leafy vegetables more of tomato and cucumber
