You have to take corticosteroids along with antioxidants to cure this.you can consult through this for prescription of medication and instructions on investigations. If left untreated, it can turn into malignancy.

Lichen planus can occur in multiple situations.
But to know if it is having the risk of turning into anything like cancer. The only way out is a biopsy.
