Oral contraceptives method. We do?

Hello sir/Madam This is my concern yesterday at 4:45pm I have an outercourse with my girlfriend nd I took a proper protection just rubbed our genitals she got her period date yesterday but not got it..today 24 hrs are completed no periods till now should we wait for another day? And please tell me how to take contraceptives there was no intercourse but I think touching by hands can be dangerous o washed my hands disposed my condom washed my genital but then I touched her clitoris one time..only this moment is freightning me...please help nd how to take oral contraceptives please tell I am not able to understand when to take neither she! I want help what should we do? She is saying that her periods are irregular nd will appear on 27th Dec I m in a great anxiety from yesterday ownwards! HELP HELP HELP
