Oral contraceptives. Without any miss. )

Sir, I started taking oral contraceptives from this month after my periods got over (approx 10days).. for the first seven days of taking the pills my fiance has used protection. Also I have taken an Ipill during the 1st week.. after that I didn't have sex I was on pills.. The hormones pills got over day before yesterday.. Nd from yesterday I started the placebo reminder pills.. So, yesterday me my fiance were indulge in sexual activities a numerous times without any protection.. So, sir do I need to worry about anything..? Should I take an Ipill again..? Also I am on verge of my periods(running late actually from last month by 3-4days).. kindly help me with some advice. (PS: I have taken the oral contraceptives on time everyday for the last 21days without any miss.)
