Oral cancer symptoms
What are these big drops on my tongue? I also have a sore throat since a few weeks, and a bit of pain under my tongue. Could this be a symptom of tongue cancer? Please help

It is totally normal.
Don't panic.
Once your sore throat subsides....this pain and seedling will automatically come down.

Don't worry , they are inflamed circumvallette papillae , due to throat infection. Just take medications for throat infection ,they will subside .

No it's not the cancer of the tongue at all. It's just because of infection the papillae got swelled up. Once your sorethroat is resolved it will also get resolved.
