Open pores on face
My husband has diagnosed with open pores and scars on his face.It has been found over about 2 years.no treatments has used before and hope you'll suggest a better remedy.

Open pores and scars require a mutli modality approach. Single treatment with topical creams would be ineffective. You will need a combination of chemical peels with laser devices, PRP with microneedling or fat grafting procedure depending on your clinical findings and topical creams for maintenance. I suggest you do your research to find a well qualified doctor near you who practises all these modalities and book an appointment once the lockdown is over.
