Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hello Doctor. I have acne problem and because of that I have open pores on my skin. I have had 5 cycles of microdermabrasion before 2 years. But they are still present. Will laser work? Or what else can be done. I was prescribed isotretinoin 20mg tablets for acne. Is there any side effects of that medicine for used long term. I recently stopped taking them and I started getting acne again. Pls suggest. Thank you
