Only fever
He just has fever of 100..which came down after taking paracetamol tablet once.. he doesn't have any cough or cold or breathing issue. He just has headache which goes n comes once he took vapour.. is it a covid concern and what should be the medication? No travel history. Area is out of red zone.

No need to worry fever is becoz of other reasons may be... so dont get panicked..
Next Steps
Continue paracetamol as u r giving....or u can change the medication to TAB. Combiflam twice a day which will reduce fever as well as headache... do cold water sponging if no shivering with fever.. if still fever is more then 3 days do get back to me we can start antibiotics... as if now nit needed

Record temperature and maintain a chart. Take adequate rest and proper diet. Take Paracetamol is temperature increase.
