One year over ankle fracture not heal
My ankle got fracture hair line doctor said and castaftertwo three days i taken bath that time i put my leg on crutches box type on top then my cast remove so many days still toay i ca not walk pain 1year over

Hello,
As u said that u had injury before one year so use Hot water Fomentation on ur ankle.
Use well supported without heel footwear.
Do some exercises like ankle toe movement, Calf stretch, towel curl up etc.

Hairline fractures usually heal well within 6-8 wks. Persistant pain while walking could be due to stiffness and any other changes in the joint. Any recent x rays?
