One side nostril blockage
I have one of the nostril blocked throughout the evening and night time everyday. I have tried putting otrivin many times and I used to get relief for some time only.

There are many causes for nasal obstruction such as deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, nasal polyps etc. Treatment depends on diagnosis. You need to consult nearby ENT specialist
