One red spot on palm of hand
It doesnt itch nor pains but it suddenly appeared and it fades away when i press it and then comes back and it looks like this in photo and what could be the reasons or etc?

It can be just a blood vessel popping out or an urticarial rash
In any case it is treatable and not gonna harm you
