Sudden brown spots appearing

Asked for Female, 33 Years

My son who is 7 year old has sudden brown spots appearing on his skin. The first appeared behind his neck and then one appeared near the collar bone and third one on his ribs. No itching or pain on the marks... They are brown spots... No different colors... No blue color... Please guide.
