One month and 5 days after septoplasty
I had pain in my nose and was diagnosed with fungal sinus. Doctor also did septoplasty because of deviated septum.
Its more than one month a 5 days since my surgery struggling to breathe. When i breath it is painful at times but also feeling blocked. Turbinates are still swollen.
I can't use decongestant as i am too dependent and it was getting in effective.
Antihistamine was making me dizzy
Doctor told me only to go for post op follow up in August but I struggle to breath. I do nasal saline rinse with naso wash twice a day.
But breathing is still a struggle lying down

Generally any surgery takes 6 weeks to recover. Do steam inhalation. Avoid cold items.
