One finger swelling and creating pain since last 3 months. also sometimes creates pain in hand. patient umcomfortable due to this.

Hi start taking anti inflammatory like Tab aceclofenac once daily for 3days ....if not resolved then can go for antibiotics

As it is 3 months duration it is probably fungal paronychia( nail bed infection), likely candida. Take clotrimazole ointment twice a day for 2 weeks. If it doesn’t resolve you ll need oral fluconazole
