Try to replace water loss of dehydration with ors . Ors is must to replace ongoing water losses. Give Enterogermina ampoule half ampoule twice a day for 3 days Syp zinconia 2.5 ml once a day for 14 days. If the loose motions don't respond to above medicines, will need to start antibiotics .
