Oligohydramnios
I am 28 weeks pregnant but my AFI is 6.9 cms only. Baby growth is fine in Doppler with 1.2kgs weight. What can I do to increase my amniotic fluid? Is my baby safe ? Will I have a normal delivery? Having low amniotic fluid means ?

No drug is proven to increase amniotic fluid efficiently...take adequate fluid follow ur doctor advice,keep baby movements count..get USG after a week.... normal delivery or section v can't guarantee anything prior hand tat too wen u have low AFI

Like  missels   don't put too  many questions U can increse  af by taking some medication Doppler study  should be done Could not rule out the chances of  normal delivery
