Hello there Do you have any recent Xrays of your fracture? Range of motion and strength may increases individually or compliment each other....however it depends from case to case. A proper rehab is important for perfect healing....get back with detail symptoms and supporting xrays for proper analysis and treatment plan. Regards

You will have to do all the exercises under supervision of a professional Physiotherapist. Elbow joint is a hinge joint so only one movement is possible. Stop worrying, its matter of time. With different techniques, your Physio will be able to get possible ROM and strength in Arm.
