Old IBS problem
I have to go to the toilet 5 times a day, three times in the morning and twice in the evening.What problem have I been suffering with for years.I have a toilet in the infection type, sometimes I get well and after toilet, itching in my anus.A year and a half ago, my toilet also had blood.I have been given a lot of treatment for this, I have consumed a lot of allopathic and ayurvedic medicines, but there is no difference.Tell me the solution of this problem and also tell me any Ayurvedic medicine which will solve this IBS problem by eating and what I have to take in food, what not to take?
