Try to have less water 1-2 hour before sleeping and more water in day time . Please do practise Kegel's exercise . It alot to delay / avoid urine inconsistency. Also have USG ABDOMEN PELVIS DONE to rule out BPH. Urine test routine and microscopic to rule out infection
