I have to go stool 5-6 times in a day
Hi, I am facing stomach issue since long. I have to go stool.5-6 times in a day,some time its ok,sometime like indigested food with black in colour. I have tried lot of medicine in allopathic, homeopathy and Ayurvedic but no relief. No I don't understand what is my disease. Can someone suggest me good medicine. Just to add one more thing I do night shift job also so my routine life is also not proper.

This problem could be because of your erratic meal habits and lifestyle.First off all stop all the maida , fried , spicy and oily food in your diet . Add curd with jeera powder on a daily basis in your diet. Start taking small meals at small intervals and stop eating big meals at a time . You can take Brihad Gangadhar Churan 1spoon M - 1 spoon N.

Hello dear,Your problems r due to your lifestyle,U r working opposite of nature, Take more seasonal fruits and vegetables, Cucumber etc, Drink lukewarm water whole day, Chitrakadi Vati 2 tabs bid with water after meals
