Oil in diet
Is oil necessary for our diet. I mean I follow a strict diet regime and avoid oil so much that I end up consuming less than half a tsp of oil in a day. Can this give rise to future problems? Is oil an important part of our diet? Does it have any effect on our proper body functioning? Thanks in advance
