NASH and Nafld reversal diet required.
I have been diagnosed with high cholesterol and Non Alcoholic fatty liver disease and NASH in a recent fibroscan. as per fibroscan i have liver stiffness (kPa) score of 11 and it f2-f3 fibrosis and a UAP (db/m) score of 325.  i have been put on  omega 3 and SAM'e suppliments and asked consume low fat diet. I need help with creating a diet plan customized to reverse NASH. Please let me know if any nutritionist can help me customize the diet for the same and also let me know what timings to follow for the meals so that the liver is under minimum stress while it heals. for my high cholesterol i am on statpure f 10 mg for about 1 year now. also my i am negative for hepatitis b and c and my LFT is normal and i am also negative for hep b and hep c.
